How to place a Service Call:
- Live Phone Dispatcher – Call our main phone line at 314-894-1154 with your name, company name, machine model & ID number, your callback number and a brief description of the problem. We will immediately enter the service call into our automated dispatch system for live notification to your local technician.
- Automated Website – Go to our Copier Customer Center page and choose the form drop down “Request Copier Service/Support” for automatic e-delivery to our dispatch center.
How to submit a Meter Reading:
- Automated Software Monitoring – Ask your Sales Representative about our Managed Print Services so you never have to submit a meter again.
- Automated Website – Go to our Copier Customer Center page and choose the form drop down “Meter Reads” for automatic e-delivery to our contracts department.
How to Order Supplies:
It is your responsibility to keep supplies on hand, such as toner & waste toner bottles. It is always good to have one in the machine and one on-hand. If you have any questions about what supplies you need for you machine, please feel free to call your sales rep or a customer service representative.
- Automated Website – Go to our Copier Customer Center page and choose the form drop down “Order Supplies” for automatic processing and shipment.
- Live Phone Order– Call our main phone line at (314) 894-1154 with your name, company name, machine model or ID #. We will immediately enter the order into our system for next day delivery. (Order must be received prior to overnight shipper arrival)
